Appointment Policy


We have an appointment system created for increased efficiency to make sure that every one of our patients gets the undivided attention they deserve. This gives you a set appointment time to discuss your dental issues with your dentist as well as a time to start your treatment. As a result, we ask that you show up for your appointment on time. We may have to ask you to reschedule your visit if you are more than 15 minutes late.

Cancellation Policy

Our mission is to provide quality care and an exceptional customer service experience to all of our patients. Our cancellation policy seeks to give all scheduled patients an equal opportunity for care. When we make an appointment, that time is reserved for you and your care, so if you are late, we cannot treat any other patients during that time.

If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so 48 hours in advance by getting in touch with us. This enables us to schedule another patient who needs treatment during that period. If you miss three appointments in a row, you will be restricted to same-day scheduling only.
